The Panel is intended to be a free 24/7 electronic bulletin board for personal messages reaching the broad range of Pleasure Palace inhabitants, dignitaries, and guests who traverse the Palace grounds, camp at the Palace Parksites, tour the Palace Partyrooms, or visit the Palace Princess on a regular basis.
